• Personal information in CVs should be limited to protect privacy (e.g., avoid full address, email, or phone if not required).
• ClarisseNet is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content.

6. Buy & Sell / Marketplace

• ClarisseNet only connects buyers and sellers; we are not responsible for transactions.
• Buyers and sellers should ensure safe transactions and meet in secure places.
• Paid posting applies for items or services listed.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on ClarisseNet (logos, design, articles, images) is owned by ClarisseNet or licensed to us.
• Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
• User-submitted content remains theirs, but by posting you grant ClarisseNet a license to display it publicly.

8. Advertising and Promotions

• ClarisseNet allows advertisements for businesses, schools, NGOs, and individuals.
• Fees and terms for ads are set on the Advertise With Us page.
• ClarisseNet is not responsible for the quality or performance of advertised products/services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• CVs and personal data will only be shown as per user consent.
• Users should not post personal information of others without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• ClarisseNet is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website.
• Users agree that ClarisseNet is a platform for connecting opportunities and is not responsible for outcomes of any job, ad, or transaction.

11. Termination
